In Santa Claus Village, you will meet Santa Claus’s reindeer in their natural autumn look – calves have grown through the summer, the reindeer coats are changing for the colder season, and the surrounding forest glows in shades of yellow, red, and orange.

Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
What do I need to bring?

Autumn Magic in Santa Claus Village is an autumn reindeer experience, so it does not include a reindeer sleigh ride. Instead, guests have the opportunity to meet the reindeer during a completely different season of their annual life cycle.
The experience takes place at Santa Claus Reindeer in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi, and transportation to the location is not included.
Guests can visit between 10:00 and 16:00, offering flexibility when planning their day in Santa Claus Village.
There is no need to rush your visit – travellers are welcome to spend time at the reindeer fence, observe the animals and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at their own pace.
Follow the instructions of our staff when approaching and interacting with the reindeer. Reindeer welfare and respectful animal encounters are always our priority.
The programme takes place outdoors, so we recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing for changing Lapland summer conditions.
Children must be accompanied by an adult while visiting and interacting with the reindeer.
As reindeer are living animals, their behaviour and willingness to interact can vary naturally from day to day – this is part of experiencing authentic reindeer life in Lapland.
