Our driver will be holding a Northern Lights Village board at the arrivals terminal - please accompany them to the bus. You'll be driven directly to the resort. The ride time is approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes.

Our refund fee
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
