About this activity

Get away from the city and enjoy the magical forests of the Lappish wilderness. The sound of panting huskies and snow underneath your sled is the perfect soundtrack for this adventure. During the tour you will drive your own team of dogs for about about 12 - 18 km. This is our most popular safari and a genuine way to experience the thrill of running a dog-team.

There is always a chance to spend time with huskies after the safari, learn some interesting fact about sled dogs and definitely make some nice photos for your memories to take back home. We have a nice warm place waiting for you after the safari to enjoy stories and hot berry juice with cookies. 

One sled is shared by 2 persons, halfway there will be a chance to switch drivers, with only adults being permitted to drive.

Included: Transfers from/to selected locations, safety- and driving instructions, 90 minute tour with a husky sled (2 persons per sled), hot juice, cookies, arctic outer clothing and informative talk about huskies.

Excluded: Transfers from/to Apukka Resort, Vaattunki Wildnerness Resort at an extra 12,- € / person / direction. Please select the additional product if you require transfers from/to any of the mentioned locations.



Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
