In our main building, you can explore two fascinating exhibitions with just one ticket.


The Gemstone Exhibition showcases enchanting jewelry and gemstones from Finland and around the world. Discover the hidden treasures of the Finnish soil and admire precise replicas of world-famous royal jewels, such as Queen Elizabeth’s crown and Marie Antoinette’s necklace. The exhibition is based on the extensive collection of the Kemi Gemstone Gallery, founded in 1986 by a renowned local goldsmith. It is located on the third floor of the SnowCastle’s main building and is open year-round.


In this  year-round snow and ice experience, you can immerse yourself in the true feeling of winter – surrounded by majestic snow walls and dazzling ice sculptures. Enjoy an unforgettable moment by sliding down the ice slide or striking a royal pose on the icy throne for a memorable photo.

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
