Forest experience on snowmobiles

Hop on a snowmobile and take a safari across the frozen Bothnian Bay to a beautiful forest deep in the wilderness. Our expert guides will teach you about local wildlife as you look for animal tracks on the snow. If you're lucky you might be able to spot some forest critters along the way!

We'll begin by gathering at the safari house to dress up in warm winter clothing. Your guide will give you a short security briefing and show you how to operate the snowmobile. Next you'll follow your guide on a route over the frozen sea and into the snow covered forest. Before returning to the safari house we will stop to warm up and enjoy hot drinks by a campfire.

This safari is recommended for confident drivers looking for a more adventurous experience. Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving. Additional solo driving supplement (80€) available at checkout. The driver has to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Valid driver's' license required. All adults driving a snowmobile will need to bring their driver's license with them and keep it on their person during the safari. You can check the validity of your driver's license on the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency website.
