Your evening begins with a snowmobile sleigh transfer through the
peaceful winter landscape. Wrapped in warm blankets, you’ll glide
through the snowy forest as your guide takes you to Metsola.

At Metsola, our wilderness chef prepares a refined three-course
dinner inspired by the pure flavours of the North. The evening
begins with a warm Forest Harvest Soup, depending on the
season, either a creamy wild mushroom soup or a fresh nettle
soup, both celebrating ingredients gathered from the surrounding
nature. For the main course, enjoy an overnight slow-braised
wilderness stew, gently cooked to perfection to bring out deep,
comforting flavours. This hearty dish reflects traditional northern
cooking, where time and patience create richness and warmth.
Dessert is a homemade Lapland berry pie, baked with wild berries
from the forests of Lapland. For those who wish, a carefully curated
wine pairing or a non-alcoholic drink package can be added to
elevate the flavours even further.

This experience is designed for those who seek connection to local
food, to the stories of Finnish nature, and to the people they share
the table with. Join us for an evening where wilderness, flavour,
and storytelling come together with a culinary memory you will
carry with you long after the evening ends.
