Forest Path tickets are only available for purchase on-site. Pre-booking is not available.

Two Unique Seasonal Experiences:

Before Snowfall – Autumn & Early Winter (September–November):

In the earlier months of the season, before the snow arrives, guests can enjoy a wheeled sleigh ride pulled by reindeer through the tranquil woodlands. Feel the crisp Lapland air on your face, hear the quiet rustling of leaves, and admire the forest scenery that surrounds Santa Claus Village  in its pre-winter charm.

Winter Wonderland (Late November–April):

Once winter sets in and the snow blankets the landscape, the experience becomes even more magical. Glide silently through a snow-covered forest in a classic sleigh, wrapped in warm blankets while the soft sound of reindeer hooves fills the air. It’s an idyllic way to enjoy the Lapland wilderness—a must-do winter activity in Rovaniemi.

Important information:

  • Tickets are sold on-site at the entrance. No pre-bookings available.
  • In the beginning of the season this sleigh ride will be done with the wheeled sleigh.
  • Wheeled sleighs ensure the experience during the non-snow time or when natural snow arrives late.
  • If the weather is too warm, the reindeer wheel sleigh ride is not available to ensure the well-being of the reindeer.

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
