Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 4 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 3% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.

It can get really cold here during the winter season. Please make sure you are dressed warm to enjoy the experience better. We have 3 different styles for the Arctic Circle Crossing Certificate. You can choose when you come at our Tourist Information.
You need to come to our Tourist Information 5 minutes before the starting time of the activity. In case you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be forced to cancel the activity and no refund will be issued.
