What to Expect
Your adventure begins at our boathouse by Fjallsárlón, where your guide will greet you and help you into your thermal immersion suit. A short walk takes us down to the lagoon, where you’ll receive a safety briefing before gently entering the water.
For about 30 minutes, you’ll experience the incredible sensation of floating among icebergs, safely supervised by your professional guide. Afterward, we’ll return to the boathouse to warm up and enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or warm tea at our cozy Frost Restaurant.
Highlights
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
