NOTICE
Minimum age for kids snowmobiles is 6 and maximum height is 155cm.Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children throughout the rental period as well as to assess whether this activity is suitable for their age, height and weight.
Cancellation policy
- Cannot be cancelled once the booking is confirmed
Our refund fee
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
