Regular Opening Hours:

  • 15.9. – 31.10.2025: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00
  • 1.11.2025 – 11.1.2026: Daily, 10:00 – 17:00 (Café open until 16:00)
  • 12.1.2026 – 30.3.2026: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 17:00 (Café open until 16:00)

Pricing:

  • Family of 1–5 persons: €50
  • Family of 6–10 persons: €70
  • High Winter Season (1.11.2025 – 11.1.2026): €120 / meeting (max 10 persons)

Each meeting includes:
– Scheduled, memorable private meeting (app. 10min) with Mrs Santa Claus and her sweet elf
- Entrance to Mrs Santa Claus Living Room.
– One printed memory photo per group

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
