Photography Experience
Our photographer will capture photographs throughout the experience. There is no limit on the number of photographs taken, and all digital photos taken during the tour are included.

Return Transfer
After approximately 4–6 hours, we will return you to your pick-up location.
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
Please wear warm winter clothing suitable for the Arctic weather, including thermal layers, a warm jacket, insulated footwear, gloves and a hat.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and their visibility varies according to weather and atmospheric conditions.
Aurora visibility and the refund guarantee are assessed based on photographs taken by the tour photographer's camera, not visibility to the naked eye.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour before departure in exceptionally poor weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.
