Simply provide your preferred route and travel requirements when submitting your booking request. Our team will review your requirements and prepare a personalized quotation, subject to availability.
Step 1 – Submit Your Transfer Request
Select your preferred travel date and provide the following information:
Type of transfer (airport transfer, one-way, round-trip, day trip or customized transfer)
Pickup and drop-off locations
Preferred pickup date and time
Number of passengers, including children and infants
Number and size of luggage
Return journey details, if applicable
Any special requirements, such as child seats, flight details or additional stops
A €10 consultation and booking service fee is required when submitting your request. This fee covers the processing of your request, coordination with transport providers and preparation of a personalized quotation.
Step 2 – Availability Check and Quotation
After receiving your request, our team will review your travel requirements, check vehicle availability and provide a personalized quotation.
The quotation will specify the proposed transfer arrangements, total price and applicable conditions.
Submitting a request and paying the €10 service fee do not constitute a confirmed transfer booking.
Step 3 – Accept the Quotation and Pay the Deposit
If you accept our quotation, a booking deposit equal to 20% of the confirmed total transfer price will be required.
The €10 consultation fee already paid will be credited toward this deposit.
We will provide a secure payment link for the outstanding deposit amount, calculated as follows:
Additional Deposit Payment = 20% of the Total Transfer Price − €10 Already Paid
The booking will be confirmed once vehicle availability has been secured, the required deposit has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued.
Step 4 – Pay the Remaining Balance to the Driver
The remaining 80% of the total transfer price is payable directly to the driver on the day of the transfer.
The amount payable to the driver, accepted payment methods and confirmed pickup arrangements will be communicated in advance.
€10 Consultation and Booking Service Fee
The €10 service fee is charged when a transfer request is submitted.
If you accept the quotation and proceed with the booking, the €10 will be credited toward the 20% booking deposit.
If you choose not to accept the quotation, the €10 consultation fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
If we are unable to arrange the requested transfer, the €10 consultation fee will be refunded in full.
20% Booking Deposit
Once you accept the quotation, the booking deposit will be required to confirm the transfer arrangements.
The total deposit, including the previously paid €10, equals 20% of the confirmed transfer price.
If you subsequently cancel a confirmed booking, the deposit is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed cancellation terms.
If the confirmed service cannot be provided by us or the transport provider, applicable refund and consumer protection rights will apply.
All transfers are private and subject to vehicle availability.
The initial €10 payment is a consultation and booking service fee, not the full transfer price.
Final prices depend on the route, travel date, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and any additional services requested.
The final quoted price will be communicated before any additional deposit payment is requested.
Child seats may be arranged upon request.
Additional stops, extended waiting times or changes to confirmed arrangements may incur extra charges, subject to prior agreement.
The remaining 80% is payable directly to the driver on the transfer date.
Any specific cancellation or amendment conditions will be provided before the customer accepts the quotation.
All bookings and payments are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
A €10 consultation fee is payable when submitting your request. This is not the full transfer price.
