About this activity

We invite you to river floating - exciting and at the same time very relaxing activity, which will happen in a river. You will get all the necessary equipment for the activity and after safety instructions, we go to the river with our professional guide. Then you just enjoy floating on your back along the slow stream of the river, while surrounded by beautiful snowy landscapes. This is really amazing activity and something, that will brings you great memories for long time. After the floating we will offer you hot drink. Please note, you have to be at least 150 cm to participate in floating.

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 31 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
