Each night our route is planned from scratch using cloud data, solar forecasts, and road access so we can position ourselves in the best possible viewing locations. If the skies are open 120 km away, that’s where we go. On larger departures, we operate with a warm and comfortable heated coach bus and multiple guides to ensure smooth coordination, guest support, and photography assistance throughout the night.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event

Our refund fee
On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.

Thank you for booking with us! All participants must arrive at our office at Rovakatu 19, 10 minutes before departure. The group is not able to wait for late arrivals and no refunds can be issued for missed departures. Ticket must be shown before entering the bus.
