IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For the digital pictures. The purchase of 1 digital pictures can be taken for a maximum of 5 people.  If you are 5 or less people you need to take only 1 extra digital picture that will be 55 euros extra in total in the booking. Each extra person that will be in the same meeting with santa will be need to pay 5 euros extra. Choose the 1 extra person for the digital pictures and mark how many extra adults will be in the meeting.

Example:

If you are a total of 7 adults and want to take the digital picture, you will need to make the booking for 7 adults + 1 digital picture + 2 extra person digital picture. The total would be 72 euros. Please be careful when making a booking, as it is non refundable.


The queue can be up to 2 hours during the christmas days. 

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 9 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 75% if booking is cancelled 19 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 29 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
