EXAMPLE:
- You book the 6:05 Staff transfer
- You select :29 Tolvatie Bus Stop as pick-up location: 6:29 is your pick-up time
- You select :53 NLV as your drop-off location, you are dropped off at 6:53 at NLV

NOTE:
23:20 & 0:30 Staff transfers are only for employees going from NLV to their staff accommodation

Cancellation policy

  • Cannot be cancelled once the booking is confirmed
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
