About this activity

Unlike most snowshoe tours that require a long drive outside Tromsø, this experience takes place on Tromsøya itself, allowing you to step into pristine Arctic nature just minutes from the city centre. You'll explore peaceful winter forests and the frozen lake of Rundvannet with a local guide who shares stories about the region, its wildlife, and Arctic life. Small groups ensure a relaxed, personal experience with plenty of time for photos. Hot drinks, a light Arctic meal, and complimentary high-quality photos are all included, making this an authentic and hassle-free winter adventure suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers.

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
