About this activity

We go by car to a reindeer farm where reindeer herder is already waiting for us with his four-legged friends. You will learn about the life of reindeer and herding traditions, join a short sledge ride pulled by Rudolph himself and feed the reindeer. After meeting the reindeer we will fry sausages and enjoy coffee/tea/juice a Lappish teepee hut called kota, while the herder shares more stories about his life. 

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 31 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 100 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
