About this activity

We depart Tromsø in the morning and head out in the direction of the whales feeding grounds. On the way you can take in the breathtaking views of frozen landscapes in comfort. You’ll find a selection of food and drinks for purchase on board.


While we search for the whales, our passionate guides will share personal stories about interesting sights along the way and give you in debt information about the Orca and Humpback Whale. Once the whales have been spotted, we slow down and keep a distance to give the whales space in their natural habitat.


*Please note that the duration of this tour depends on the whales’ location and is around 8 hours. The exact season varies year to year. We cannot guarantee whales sightings.

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
