About this activity

When coming to the North in winter, you should be well prepared to face arctic weather conditions and proper clothing is needed. For cases where you don't have such or carrying your own thick layers in the luggage creates a hustle for you - we are here to help! 

All our safari already include winter clothing and all needed equipment usage during the safari, however, if you wish to keep clothing during the whole stay or for a special occasion, you can rent it. Rental of equipment is possible even without having safaris from us. 

We are offering high-quality thermal safari clothing, designed to be outdoors in cold conditions.

For a more comfortable stay, its possible to request delivery of equipment to your hotel or cabin (payed service). Contact us for more details 

Cancellation policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 31 days or less before the event
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 100 days or less before the event
Our refund fee

On top of the operator's policy above, every refund carries a processing fee: 3.5% + €0.25 for card payments, or 2% for Alipay and WeChat Pay. It applies to all refunds, including cancellations inside the free-cancellation window — the fee charged when you pay is not returned to us when we refund.
