We dare you to experience the Arctic Ice Floating!
The ice floating experience offers a serene and unique way to connect with the Arctic environment. Brave participants get insulated, waterproof suits that enable them to float effortlessly on the surface of a frozen lake or river. This activity is not only safe, thanks to the buoyancy of the suits, but also incredibly peaceful, as it allows individuals to lie back and gaze at the sky, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature. Hopefully under the glow of the Northern Lights, ice floating provides a moment of reflection and relaxation in the midst of the Arctic's extreme conditions. It's a memorable way to embrace the cold beauty of the north without feeling the chill of the icy waters.
*Children that are at least 140cm are welcome to join, but they will be considered an adult and pay adult price.

出行须知
Pick-up transfers & durations
All our safaris include pick-up service from Rovaniemi city center, Santa Claus Village, Arctic Treehouse Hotel and Ounasvaara area. From the safari-house we shuttle to our snowmobile site or depart for the excursion.
The mentioned duration of the safari is the actual time of the excursion + 90-120 minutes, as we transfer and give you all necessary clothing and equipment.
Pick-ups start 60 minutes before departure.
Practical information:
All daily departures are available throughout the winter season, December to March, or due to prevailing weather and snow conditions. Daily Departures are operated for min 2 persons paying the adult fare (2 persons / snowmobile). Private excursions are available for min 8 persons (adult fare 2 persons / snowmobile). To book a private tour, please contact us at info@arcticlifestyle.fi.
You will always be kitted with proper winter gear: thermal overall, boots, woollen socks, balaclavas and gloves or mittens for our safaris and excursions. Your own jacket and shoes remain at the safari house during the tour.
Arctic Lifestyle reserves the right to change the price, program, inclusions and duration of each excursion, due to weather conditions and unexpected occurrences.
