The experience takes place outdoors in Arctic winter conditions, so warm and weather-appropriate clothing is essential. Winter overalls are not included.
Guests must follow the instructions of Santa Claus Reindeer staff when approaching the reindeer and when entering or leaving the sleigh.
Children (under age of 2) must be accompanied by an adult during the reindeer sleigh ride.
Reindeer travel at their own natural and peaceful pace, meaning the exact duration of the experience may vary slightly.
Weather, snow conditions and reindeer welfare may affect the programme. Operational adjustments may be made when necessary, with the wellbeing of our reindeer always taking priority.
Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly during December and other high-demand periods, as Priority Reindeer Ride availability may be limited.
